GENERAL

How does hiring work?

1 HIRE - pick your outfit online and book it for your event with local pick-up or express shipping.

2 WEAR - Enjoy your outfit and tag @sneakyhires for $10 off your next hire.

3 RETURN - Return by due date or Monday 5pm using our returns box or mailer provided.

4 REPEAT - Rehire and enjoy 10% off your next booking.

How do I find the pick up instructions

All pick up & return instructions are sent via email

Do you offer Try On Appointments?

Yes we do! You can book a 30-minute appointment through our Try On section.

A $15 booking fee applies. This acts as a non-refundable deposit, but it can be used toward any hire made within 30 days of your appointment.

After a specific outfit? Leave the name and size in your booking notes and we'll do our best to have it ready for you.

If your requested item is not available for your try-on or event date, we will be in touch to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

SHIPPING

Do you offer postage

Yes! We offer Australian-wide postage. All bookings that select shipping at checkout will be sent via express return postage for $30.

When will I receive my posted garment?

We express post all garments every Tuesday by 12pm (or as soon as possible after) to make sure they arrive in time for the weekend.

If your event is not on a weekend, send us a DM on Instagram @sneakyhires so we can make sure your outfit arrives with plenty of time.

Please keep your location's delivery timeframes in mind when booking. Sneaky Hires is not responsible for any delays with Australia Post. For more information, see Section 6.0 Pick Ups & Delivery in our Terms & Conditions.

How do I track my outfit?

You will receive your Australia Post tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Use that link or number to follow your delivery every step of the way.

I have lost my return label, what do I do?

No stress. Just DM us on Instagram @sneakyhires and we will send you our return address.

You will need to grab a yellow Express Post mailer from Australia Post, write our address on it, and make sure it is lodged by Monday 5pm.

RETURNS

When do I return my garment?

All items must be returned by 5pm on your return date, or by Monday 5pm after a weekend hire (unless arranged otherwise).

Local drop-off: Return to our Brookwater location by the deadline to avoid late fees.

Postal returns: Use the prepaid mailer and label provided, and lodge at a Post Office by the same time. Late returns will incur fees.

What happens if I return my garment late?

A $20 late fee applies for each day your item is returned after the due date.

DAMAGES

Should I clean my garment?

No, cleaning is included in your hire price. Please do not attempt to clean the garment yourself, as this could cause damage and may result in extra charges.

What happens if I damage my garment?

Just let us know and return the garment promptly. We will assess the damage and advise on the next steps. Repair fees may apply, and if the item is beyond repaid, the full retail price will be charged.
